How do I calculate the Purchase Order amount?
First of all you would do it together with New Chances.
You in fact only provide the list of the things you want to buy.
It might even not yet be a complete list with all addresses or banking information of the sellers.
Before payment will be done, it has to be complete of course.
Think on all you want to add.
For example, do you rent your place? Add the rent for one year.
Do you have staff to pay?
What would you all want to add in the Purchase Order and don't forget to add the $5000.
