All clients with an account from before April 1st, 2017 will receive a Debit Card in the first portion.
We can only send the cards to accounts with correct information.
After the first portion, we will continue to send Debit Cards to clients following the protocols we will publish for that purpose.
You will need to have SPURT+ on your account to be able to get a card! Your balance should have enough SPURT+ to pay for the Debit Card.
You will be able to receive, monthly, a certain amount, according to the standard of your country. This should cover Health costs, Education costs, Housing costs, Utility Bills. You will discuss this with the PAM or with Support. This amount will be loaded to your Debit Card.
The Debit Cards will be numbered accounts.
Please check this information. You will need to have a balance in SPURT+ to be able to get a monthly uploaded Debit Card.
We understand that in the beginning, all is new for all of you. Please realize that if your balance is high enough to cover a monthly Debit Card, that we allow you to negotiate on how to get SPURT+.
Please also realize that it is new for us too! We need to set up staff to be able to work with you. We did not get enough offers to become a PAM yet. This WILL cause delay.
When you support your community (SPSO Programs) and your balance in SPURT+ is high enough to pay for a monthly upload (you will need 12 months payment available), yes you will receive a monthly upload.
Also, those who arranged a monthly transfer from SPURT to SPURT+ by engaging in business will profit from a monthly upload on their Debit Card.
It will NOT be so that you just can ask for any amount monthly. The amount will be adjusted to your country and based on your actual needs. That is why we speak about negotiation.
It would be easier to convert SPURT into SPURT+ if you received the SPURT by working for your community as it will be when you just received SPURT from any other client. We support you, when you support your community.
