You offer a Job to someone who is too "old" to find a job is disabled, elderly, taking care of your kids (grandchildren) etc.
Remember, this is a JOB! They can do it in their free time, or as main job.
The JOB is:

- Find people who would want to find others who are looking for a JOB
- Find people who want to open a Charity SPURT account
- Find people who want to do Commerce with SPURT and open a Commerce SPURT Account
- Find people who would want to buy something and do not want to SPEND their money and open a BUSINESS SPURT account
