How do I login to the banking system?
At the top of this website http://myspurt.org you find the login for the banking system.
You can also login through this link.
PLEASE keep your login information safe, also outside your computer. You cannot just request a new password. The reason for that is that you can have serveral accounts with the same email address.
If you provided 3 times the wrong password, your account will be blocked for 15 minutes.
You received a numbered account. The owner of the login information can access your account.
I cannot login, whatever I try...
Servers are more powerful as many know. They remember information. This means when you once typed the wrong password, they might remember that too. You can solve that problem by after opening the website refresh the page, close the website and repeat it three times.
You might be able to login now.
I get the message: I tried too many times
To prevent that anyone is finding out your password, the system will not provide access after three attempts.
You will have the possibility to access after 15 minutes. If you still cannot enter after one hour, please contact MySPURT through info@m.........org
How can I change my password?
Login into your account (at the right hand top). Click on Personal. On the left hand you see "Settings" there you see "Change password".
Why can't I change my password automatically.
Since you can have more than one account with the same email address, the possibility to change the password is not open.
