Addendum to the Terms and Conditions for the option to buy SPUCrypto with SPURT and MegaSPURT 2018-11-19

You can now be part of the option to sell your SPURT and MegaSPURT and buy SPUCrypto (in the process to be launched) for them. There is a limited amount available in SPUCrypto. This causes that you cannot expect unlimited amounts in SPUCrypto and that the buyer can set the rules. Since MySPURT/New Chances wants to divide the available SPUCrypto in an honest way, there is an amount set for each account holder. This amount will not change. This offer is only available for clients with an account existing BEFORE November 19th  and transfers done before this date. Exchangers will be able to convert the SPUCrypto into other currencies of choice.

Each client with a balance above 20 Million will receive a personal offer. All clients with a balance below 20 Million SPURT, will be able to buy SPUCrypto one to one.*

We believe that this option would be the best option possible at this moment for all account holders looking for easy money.

The buyer of your SPURT offers to buy ALL your SPURT for a certain amount in SPUCrypto. The requirements to accept this offer are set VERY low, so that all can consider this option.

It must be clear that this offer is a personal offer. You will not be permitted to transfer your SPURT or MegaSPURT to other clients, or new clients, hoping they can have SPUCrypto too! You can though, transfer SPUCrypto to their SPUCrypto account in Metamask (Ethereum System).

No client, with a transfer to their account after November 19th 2018 will be able to receive SPUCrypto for amounts transferred to their accounts after this date. Only the accounts now known within the system can profit from the set amount of SPUCrypto that they can use.

THREE offers how to work with SPURT (see overview below)

  1. The total amount of your SPURT and MegaSPURT stays in the MySPURT platform to be used for internal transfers and business. You will NOT accept the offer to sell any of your SPURT to buy SPUCrypto.
    1. There is a party willing to transact with your SPURT/MegaSPURT. You will need to follow their business models (UAPN’s, IBOE’s). This ALWAYS involves WORK. New-Chances (the party behind MySPURT) is willing to support you, if you want to go that route. This party is using your SPURT as collateral, which means that you do not SPEND your SPURT.
    2. There will be, in the future, other parties/exchangers, willing to work with your SPURT and allow you to use it in other ways. In all cases you need to follow their business models and it will always involve that you have to work.
REINFORCEMENT: Results of business done with any other party are not the responsibility of MySPURT or New Chances. You will need to follow the rules set by the parties you work with. MySPURT or New Chances are not responsible for costs you might have to pay upfront to those parties, or the loss of SPURT. Once you decide to sign a contract, you cannot come back to MySPURT or New Chances for cancellation of the contract, because we are not part of the contract. You will also not be able to change your existing SPURT into SPURT+ and buy SPURT+Crypto.

This option is attractive to all people with the wish to keep their total value of SPURT/MegaSPURT and are ready, willing and able to do business with it.

  1. You SELL your TOTAL SPURT/MegaSPURT account* to a party willing to buy your SPURT/MegaSPURT and pay you with SPUCrypto a calculated value (Fee 0.5% in SPURT with a maximum of 10.000 SPURT). (SPUCrypto is not the SPURT+Crypto, we know already. Therefore it is not bound to the restrictions of SPURT+.) The value will be set by the market, but we advise 1 SPU-1 USD.

    This offer might be attractive to people who are not interested in taking any action in the business- and financial world, besides exchanging SPUCrypto for fiat currency.

An Exchanger will make, through MySPURT Admin, a personal offer to each client in Western countries with a balance exceeding 20 Million, to buy all SPURT and MegaSPURT in their account and provide SPUCrypto.  (NOT based on SPURT+ but on the “normal” SPURT/MegaSPURT in your account.)
This offer is a BIG exception on our rule that you have to do Business with your SPURT and  DO something for the community, to get fiat money for your account. Also, there are no other requirements, like bringing new clients. Why do we allow this?
We allow this to clean up MySPURT accounts from clients not interested in, or not able to do business. This is a way out of SPURT amd accept cash in SPUCrypto.The account will be closed.

To make it easy and trustworthy for you, MySPURT Admin will be available for assistance in these transactions.
Only a FEE in SPURT of 0.5% is required with a maximum of 10.000 SPURT. Please realize that exchangers will ask their own fees, deducted from the amount you will receive after exchange.
The amount will be shown directly in Blockchain in the form of SPUCrypto which gives it immediate cash value.

Because there is a limited amount of SPUCrypto, we determined, together with the presenter of SPUCrypto the value of the SPUCrypto available for your personal SPURT and MegaSPURT. You can request the amount offered for your SPURT by sending an email to info@myspurt.org. The offer is not negotiable.
All clients with a balance below 20 Million will be able to buy for the total value of their account SPUCrypto one to one. See steps below.
To determine the amount we offer, we looked at how your account was built.
  1. The value you brought into IBOM (UAPN’s and IBOE’s).
  2. Was it an internal transfer in IBOM?
  3. Was it an internal transfer in SPURT?

The exchange to SPUCrypto is an OFFER, not a requirement.

  1. You sell only a (small) portion of your SPURT/MegaSPURT to the SPUCrypto exchanger with the rules in Option 2. The rest of the SPURT/MegaSPURT can stay in your Private Facility or your SPURT account. You pay a HIGHER price for the SPUCrypto as when you sell your total SPURT/MegaSPURT at once.
    Since this is causing a lot of extra administrative work and negotiation, there is also a FEE in EURO to be paid of just 100 EURO upfront** and 0.5% upfront in SPUCrypto once you want to sell a SECOND and following portions of SPURT. You can pay this with the just bought SPUCrypto. The maximum amount you can buy in SPUCrypto can never exceed the amount set for your account in offer 2 and will be even reduced 10%. The remaining SPURT/MegaSPURT need to be used in the MegaSPURT Private Facility by buying and selling in the SPURTSHOP (in process of being launched) or doing business with any business or any of the other Exchangers New Chances might contract with.
REINFORCEMENT: You are NOT permitted to use the funds in the Private Facility to do any kind of transaction, that can endanger SPURT, MySPURT SPURT+Crypto or SPUCrypto.
**If you cannot pay these 100 Euro, you might want to first take route 2 for SPURT+ Crypto.
 

Accounts with a balance below 20 Million

All accounts from clients in WESTERN countries, with a balance below 20 Million SPURT will be able to use the total of their balance to buy SPUCrypto. (Option 2) They will receive the total of their account in SPUCrypto if they choose this option. No restrictions, no rules to follow, no upftont payments required.
Higher amounts will receive a personal email with the offer the exchanger and MySPURT agreed upon. It is not negotiable and will depend on the criteria mentioned in Option 2. The more SPURT you have, the higher the amount you have to pay to buy SPUCrypto.

BE AWARE THAT WHEN YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH A BALANCE BELOW 20 Million, you do NOT need to write an email requesting how much SPUCrypto you can buy. You can buy SPUCrypto for the TOTAL amount in your account.

Example:

  1. You have an account with 20,100 SPURT. You want to sell your total SPURT for SPUCrypto. You will be able to buy 20,000 SPUCrypto. (Fee 0.5% in SPURT). Option 2.
  2. Your MySPURT account started with an account in IBOM, and an UAPN for 100.000 BVK. Depending on the time that you started your IBOM account, you might have received a lot of interest. Admin will write you a personal email with the amount you are able to buy SPUCrypto for. You JUST want your money and do not want to do Business. Option 2 might be the best option for you.
  3. You might have an account with MegaSPURT and you KNOW you have no clue what to do with your MegaSPURT, for you did not do what was possible until now. You are not interested in doing big business now and you are not interested in any kind of business in the future. You just want money in your bank account to buy what you want to buy. You accept that the amount you might get for your SPURT will be less then what is on your account now. You just want exchange. Option 2 is the best option for you.
  4. You might have MegaSPURT in your account and you want to keep the value, for you know you can do business with the MegaSPURT. You are ready to start to do business and learn how to do that, realizing that it will involve work and a learning curve is required. You also realize that MySPURT is constantly working on presenting other options. You have time. Option 1 might be your chance.
  5. You are in the same financial position as here above, but you do not want to do business as required in Option 1. You decide to wait until other options might be available or choose option 3 later. You have time.
  6. You are in the same position as here above, but you want to use a portion of your SPURT/MegaSPURT to buy SPUCrypto. You realize that for Admin this option takes extra time and work and that they need to be paid for this upfront 100 EURO and are ready to pay for it. You also accept that the offer you received for your SPURT will be reduced by 10% because you do not sell all at once.
    You want to keep the value you have and are willing to learn how to use your SPURT in the future. You KNOW that there will be a SPURTSHOP where you can buy many products in the near future. You do not know what MySPURT will be able to present in the future, but you trust that they will offer only good. You choose for Option 3.

 *All these offers count for clients with accounts in Western countries.

SPURT and the issuers of SPURT need protection. Several clients are taking inappropriate actions endangering all clients and SPURT doing so. For that reason, the Terms and Conditions are changed as of November 19, 2018.
 
To secure your wealth, MySPURT has set up the Private Facility called MegaSPURT. (It will function like Private Banking with your normal bank. All balances above a certain amount, in a normal Bank, are placed in Private Banking.) Balances with an amount over 2 Million will be placed in MegaSPURT. Balances below 2 Million will stay in your normal SPURT account and can be used to pay others for goods and services.
Transactions within the Private Facility require authorization and contracts need to be shown. Amounts till 5Million per month are free to transfer to other accounts, but need authorization. You will need to sign a contract. For this purpose, there are now 4 digits behind the dot.

MegaSPURT

      
What is offered in MegaSPURT Private Facility? The balance of MegaSPURT/SPURT exceeding 2 Million is placed in our Private Facility, to be able to be used for business You can sell your total balance in SPURT and MegaSPURT and buy SPUCrypto with it. You can choose to sell a part of your SPURT for Crypto and leave the rest in MegaSPURT.
What can you do with the MegaSPURT? You can do BUSINESS with MegaSPURT internally in the system. You will have to show contracts. You can work with exchangers, which will require work.
You need to follow their protocols and cannot come back to SPURT to still exchange in SPUCrypto.		 You can exchange into fiat currency, in portions, the SPUCrypto you receive in your SPUCrypto account. You can also pay others within the Crypto System and do business this way. See Private Facility for the part you want to leave in MySPURT.

 
What restrictions for MSP? Transfers above 5M need authorization. MSP’s cannot be used to get USD by offering your MSP to a bank, a PPP or set up an own Crypto. SPUCrypto is limited and for balances above 20M an offer will be presented on request to info@myspurt.org 1 See Private Facility.
Are there other restrictions for MSP? You can ONLY use MSP internally, therefore you can offer SPURT to a partner within the system for exchange. We expect more and more of these exchange possibilities. No, you can sell the total balance of your account for the offer you accept. If you sell your SPURT in portions, the exchanger offers 10% less value in SPUCrypto as when you sell all SPURT in one portion.
You also need to pay a FEE of 100 EURO upfront for the extra administrative work.
What steps need to be taken? (MSP) You need to confirm that you do not want to do anything within the Cryptoworld with your SPURT. You are free to work with your SPUCrypto, but you have to SIGN that you will not devalue SPURT in the exchange . You request how much SPURT can be exchanged at the maximum and decide what you want to do.3
If your balance is below 20M you have to decide what amount you want to exchange.

SPURT

      
What is offered in SPURT? You will be able to have a balance of maximum 2 Million in SPURT to be used for internal transfers. Higher amounts will be placed in the Private Facility MegaSPURT Your account will be cancelled.
 		 You can have, in your MySPURT account, maximum 2 Million in SPURT to do internal business or buy and sell in the SPURTSHOP (Website coming soon).
What steps need to be taken? Admin will, before the end of the year, transfer your SPURT to the Private Facility MSP, where four digits behind the dot make it possible to also transfer Millions Send a request to sell your total SPURT for the offer you accept. 2 Send a request to sell the SPURT you now want to sell to buy SPUCrypto. 4
What restrictions for SPURT? You are not permitted to transfer more than 5 Million per month without approval. This offer is generous, therefore non- negotiable, for there is a limited amount of SPUCrypto. And remember, Crypto is cash. At a later point you can, again, request to sell a portion of your SPURT for SPUCrypto, but the total will NOT exceed the original offer. On the contrary, you will only be able to buy 10% less.
