How to Park Your SPURT and Inkagold in the Metamask Garage

Imagine you’ve just bought a “car” full of SPURT and Inkagold, and now you want to park it in the Metamask parking garage. Here’s how to do it step by step:

Step 1: Install Metamask

  1. Download Metamask
Go to your browser and search for “Metamask download.” You can choose between Windows 10, Android, or the version that works best with your device and browser. Chrome often works best, especially for later transactions with SPURT and Inkagold.

  2. Add Metamask to Your Browser
When installed, Metamask may appear as a little orange fox icon in your browser toolbar. If not, check the “puzzle piece” or add-ons section.

  3. Set Up Your Metamask Account
Click on the Metamask icon. A small popup will appear asking you to register. A screenshot of a computerDescription automatically generatedSince millions of “wallets” are parked in Metamask, they use a secure entry system. You’ll be given 12-24 seed words (e.g., history, action, milk) – write them down securely! This is critical: these words are what allow you to access your wallet later. Keep them in a safe place.

  4. Create a Password
Choose a strong password for your Metamask account. This will be used for logging in and accessing your wallet on different devices. If you log in from a new device or browser, you may be asked for your seed words.

Step 2: Import Your SPURT and Inkagold Wallet

  1. Access Metamask Wallet
Once your Metamask is set up, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to expand the view. You’ll now have full access to your wallet.

  2. Import Your Account
If we’ve already provided you with an account, you can import it. Click the little arrow next to “Account 1,” then select “Add Account or Hardware Wallet.” Click “Import Account” and enter the Private Key we gave you – it’s a long string of characters and numbers. Don’t worry, we’ll show you where to find this Private Key.

  3. Save Your Account Info
After importing, you’ll see “Account 1” and the Crypto Address associated with your account below it. Copy the address by clicking the small copy icon next to it. Save it securely both inside and outside your device (not just on your phone, as it could be lost or stolen).

  4. Name Your Account
You can name your account for easier identification. Click the three dots next to “Account 1,” select “Account Details,” and click the pencil icon. Add a name and click the check mark to confirm.

Step 3: Find Your Private Key

  1. Show Your Private Key
In the Account Details popup, click “Show Private Key” at the bottom. You’ll be asked to re-enter your password for security.

  2. Save Your Private Key
A new screen will appear with your Private Key. Copy and paste it and save it securely outside your device, like in a cloud storage or Google Drive. Printing this information is a good idea too. Never store it on your phone for security reasons.

Step 4: Switch to Binance Smart Chain (BSC)

  1. Change the Network
By default, Metamask uses the Ethereum network. To switch to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), click on the network dropdown on the left side of the Metamask screen. Select Binance Smart Chain (this is the network we work with).

  2. Add SPURT and Inkagold
Now that you’re on the BSC network, check if your SPURT and Inkagold are visible. If not, you can manually add them by clicking “Add Token” and entering the contract addresses for each:
    • SPURT Contract Address:
      0x9f999c743c4a1Dcd95d8bFBca281fcc24677ABcB
    • Inkagold Contract Address:
      0xbAf41f6db66eCb3784C0C9CCdf2D8Bf912b9b4d9
  3. Confirm Your Tokens
Once you’ve added the contract addresses, SPURT and Inkagold should now be visible in your wallet.

Step 5: Ready to Drive?

Congratulations! You’ve successfully parked your SPURT and Inkagold in the Metamask garage. But, remember, this is just the beginning – if you want to use or trade your SPURT and Inkagold, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how to start trading.

Are you ready to start driving your car (wallet)? Stay tuned for the next steps!
