The price of each of them is about $70,000 so he needs $700,000. At this moment he has the money to buy three of them, but needs money to buy the other 7. Besides that he would need this money to renew his business, so he does not really want to spend it.
You have a MySPURT account with enough SPURT on it to be able to arrange a Commercial Credit to buy the Advertising Credits he needs for his Purchase Order. (Or you might have friends who want to use their SPURT to convert them this way into the currency of choice.)
(Below we did not add a currency on purpose, this because this is just an example and counts for any currency, but in the explanation, when it is about the real work, New Chances is working with United States Dollars, because they work together with an US company.)

So you make available 1,142,000 SPURT, less the $200,000 your uncle is showing upfront to get a Commercial Credit to buy the Advertising Credits, which will turn into $ 942,000 after the Repurchase of the Advertising Credits is completed. (Remember, your uncle will receive these funds back, once the Repurchase Agreement is completed and he also received the trucks at no cost to him.)
In the Repurchase Agreement is written that the Advertising Credits, which your uncle bought for 25% of the real value, which is $ 4,568,000, will be bought back for the full value. The proceeds are used to pay the all parties mentioned in the Purchase Agreement, including the payment for the Trucks.
But that is only 25%.
25% is used to pay of the Advertising Credits. Here your uncle will receive his $200,000 back and the ones that delivered the SPURT will receive $942,000.
50% ($ 2,284,000) will be paid to the people who in fact completed the deal by presenting other businesses, which means YOU and your team pro-rata!
Temporarily: Before we can start your uncle has to pay for the Commercial Credit $5000 per Million (negotiable) in Cash upfront too.
For your uncle to be provided the 10 Trucks for free, the total amount of the Purchase order needs to be "earned" 4x ($9,136,000) by presenting this business concept to other people or businesses.
You might understand that your uncle never would buy the 10 Trucks, if he not already had buyers for the Trucks. Explaining to his buyers that they can buy these trucks and not SPEND money, he even earned more than he would ever have earned through regular buying and selling.

You have seen in the Car example that the ones presenting the businesses earned $208,000 + $240,000. So it is worthwhile to find businesses happy with this concept. Even with 20 people each of you would earn $22,000. Here, with this example you would earn 50% of 9,136,000 + 20% of 75% of the Advertising Credit amount.
